Fin du suspense, on sait enfin qui a été sacrifié par Ivar dans la saison 5 de Vikings. Voici le résumé de l'épisode 14, diffusé vendredi 21 décembre sur CANAL + SÉRIES. L'épisode 14 reprend pile là où s'était arrêtée la saison 5 de Vikings la semaine dernière, au moment de l'annonce du sacrifice d'Ivar en son honneur. Si les fans craignaient que Hvitserk ne se trouve sous la cagoule, le nouveau roi de Kattegat déclare qu'il s'agit de Lagertha. Bien évidemment, la femme en question n'est pas la grande shieldmaiden mais quelqu'un qui lui ressemble et qu'Ivar souhaite faire passer pour elle. Pour lui, c'est le sacrifice ultime, prouvant qu'il est le véritable roi, mais en réalité cela ne montre qu'un nouveau côté de son délire divin. Par la suite, il s'attaque même aux possibles traîtres de Kattegat, qui démarrent une rébellion contre lui. De son côté, Hvitserk ne sait plus quoi penser du comportement de son frère et se tourne vers le Voyant pour y trouver conseil. Il lui révèle qu'il « accomplira ce que tous les autres avant lui n'ont réussi à accomplir ».

Thematically, this story rings true: A bunch of tragic adults, all of them special and meant for greatness, but thanks to the damage brought on by shit-parenting, they grow up dysfunctional and cause the end of the world. I have a feeling lots of people can relate to this... level 2 If you didn't like the first few episodes no, you won't learn to like it. It has some strong and interesting moments, but definitely a lot of cringey and weak writing, and a few unwatchably bad actors. But it's not meant to be particularly deep, so I usually just watch it for semi-fun background TV. level 2 I think if you don't like it after episode 5 you won't like it so that's half the season. I'm making my wife watch it before season two but we've only watched the first one so far. level 2 If you're talking about season it does not get better. It is actually impressive how absolutely mediocre this show is. I wouldn't waste your time
